Currently, our focus is on the cleaning service, but our goal is to extend to all care services as soon as possible. With ChoreCare, you can focus on your work, family, and all the things you love. You do not need to worry about your messy home after a long day. ChoreCare helps you relax and enjoy a better life.

1.1 What is Chore Care?

The ChoreCare is an on-demand cleaning service at a fixed price. Our ChoreCare Pro is well trained and has passed an in-depth background check. You will experience the best quality and safest service with ChoreCare. You don't need to send messages to check prices anymore. The price is determined based on the city and state.

1.2 How to Start?

Search ChoreCare on Google Play Store or Apple Store

Create your Account
  1. Open the App.
  2. Choose One Time Service or Recurring Service
  3. Click the Sign-Up link.
  4. Type your email in the input area and check the code on your email.
    (Code verification is for your security.)


    Please allow up to 10 minutes, depending on your network service area.
    If you didn`t receive the code, please contact us.
  5. Fill out the basic information to create your ID.
  6. Type your email and password and click to sign in.
  7. All Set!

1.3 How to Use?

  1. Please read Create Account section.
  2. Please read Booking Process section.
  3. You will pay after you select your cleaner. We don`t charge you anything until you click the Pay Now button after selecting your cleaner.
  4. You can track the service. Even if you are not at home, your ChoreCare Pro will take care of it.
  5. You will receive reports your ChoreCare Pro after they finish the work.
  6. You can rate, review, and add a tip through the App.

ChoreCare provides a cleaning service. You can have a one-time service or recurring service. We will extend more services as soon as possible. ChoreCare has all different kinds of cleaning services.

2.1 Service Types?

2.2 Full or Partial?

If you have three bedrooms and three baths in your house, but you want to have cleaning service in all areas except one bedroom and one bathroom, please check the 'full house' with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. If your 2nd floor has a living room and wet bar area, please put two living rooms and two kitchens. For the bathroom, 0.5 is without a shower or tub and only a sink with a toilet. If you have a shower or tub in your bathroom, mark as 1.

Full Area

A study room and laundry room do not count as a bedroom. Please check the bedrooms. EX) If your house has three bedrooms, office room, study room, and laundry room, put three on the bedroom area.

Partial Area

1. Study and laundry room count as a bedroom for the partial area.
2. Please comment which specific rooms you want to have service.
3. If you want to have cleaning services with only two bathrooms, mark two bathrooms.

2.3 One Time Service?

ChoreCare provides only one time cleaning service.

  1. Standard Cleaning
  2. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and tidying up.

  3. Deep Cleaning
  4. Remove a deeper level of grime/dirt in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen.

  5. Move Out Cleaning
  6. Move out ready with a complete cleaning that includes walls, cabinets, and everything for inspection.

  7. After Party Cleaning
  8. Clean up after an event or party. Cleaning dirty dishes, taking out the trash, living space clean up. (Please don't click trash add-on service)

2.4 Recurring Service?

  1. Light Cleaning
  2. Light Cleaning is 15% cheaper than standard cleaning. Lightning cleaning is only offered as a recurring service.

  3. Standard Cleaning
  4. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and tidying up.

  5. Deep Cleaning
  6. Remove a deeper level of grime/dirt in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen.

My Account

You can edit your profile, card information, and rebook a service. ChoreCare will save your previous booking information.

3.1 Edit My Profile

You can edit your profile by following these steps:

  1. Click 'My' on the menu at the bottom.
  2. Click the toggle icon on the top right.
  3. Click ‘Edit My Profile.’
  4. You can edit your name and phone number.
    (If you want to change your email address, you have to create a new one.)

3.2 Edit My Card

You can edit your card by following these steps:

  1. Click 'My' on the menu at the bottom.
  2. Click ‘Register Card’ if you didn't register the card.
  3. If you already registered your card, click the exit button on top.
  4. Register your new card.

3.3 Rebook Service

  1. Click the ‘Schedule’ button on the menu at the bottom.
  2. Check your previous history on the schedule if you want to book the same things.
  3. Click the ‘Rebook’ button.
  4. Select the date and time, and click the ‘Okay’ button.
  5. All done!

3.4 Service Cancellation

    Before you select your ChoreCare Pro
  1. Click ‘Pros’ on the menu at the bottom.
  2. Click the ‘Select Candidate’ button.
  3. You can cancel your scheduled cleaning at the top right.

  4. After you select a cleaner
  5. Click the ‘Schedule’ on the menu at the bottom.
  6. Click the ‘Track Your Schedule’ button.
  7. Click ‘cancel’ at the top right.
  8. After you select a cleaner, if you cancel the scheduled cleaning, we will charge a $10 cancellation fee, and the booking fee and taxes will not be refunded.

Home Access

Safety and trust are ChoreCare's top priority. You can trust our ChoreCare Pro when you are not at home. Even if you let us know your gate code or house code, the Pro is only provided with it when they need to access your home. The code disappears when the service is completed.

4.1 Safety and Trust

All our ChoreCare Pros have passed an in-depth background check. This background check includes a detailed criminal check too. Also, ChoreCare only hires pros who can work in the US legally.

4.2 Edit Home Access


The ChoreCare Pro can see your home access code and full address only when selected and have arrived at your home. If you checked that someone is at home, they would not be able to see.
    Register Home Address on Schedule
  1. Choose ‘One Time’ or ‘Recurring Service.’
  2. Click the ‘Register’ button on the home access.
  3. You can register for home access now.
    If someone is at home, you can choose that option.
    Please give detailed information to find your home or home access on the comment to make sure Pro can arrive on time.
    Register/Edit Home Address on Setting
  1. Click 'My' on the menu at the bottom.
  2. Click ‘Home Access.’
  3. Register or edit your home address.
  4. Once you register your home address, it will automatically be saved. This will make rebooking easier next time. If home access changes, please change information on home access.

4.3 Changed Home Access

Please let ChoreCare knows if you changed your home access. Before your cleaner arrives, if you edit your home access, our Pro will know how to access it. If you need to let them know, you can directly message them through the ChoreCare App.

4.4 Chat with a Selected Pro

You can send a direct message to your ChoreCare Pro.

  1. Click 'Schedule' on the menu at the bottom.
  2. Click 'Track your Schedule.'
  3. Click 'Message.'

5.1 How to Book?

  1. Select the type of your service.
  2. Login to App.
  3. Fill out for your service request.
  4. Click ‘Apply’ and wait for the cleaner’s request.

5.2 Select Cleaner?

  1. Open the App.
  2. Click 'History' on the menu at the bottom.
  3. Click 'Check Cleaners.'
  4. Click 'Select Cleaner.'
  5. Please pay after selecting your cleaner. Otherwise, the service will be cancelled.

5.3 How to pay?

  1. Click 'Schedule' on the menu at the bottom.
  2. Click ‘Track Service.’
  3. Click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
  4. You’re all set! You can now keep track of your service status.

5.4 Rating?

  1. Click 'Schedule' on the menu at the bottom.
  2. You can see the rating button after the service is completed.
  3. Check ‘Report and Rating.’
  4. You can add a tip through the App. 100% of the tip goes to your Pro.

What are ChoreCare Business Hours?

Our business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM to contact us, but we will soon extend our business hours to 24/7 for better support.
Our service is 24/7. You can book anytime you want.

Do you provide service during holidays?

Yes, we provide service during holidays.

6.2 How to Use 1:1 Inquiry

  1. Log in to the ChoreCare App. (To better assist you, login is needed for 1:1 Inquiry)
  2. Tab 'My' on the menu at the bottom.
  3. Click ‘1:1 Inquiry.’
  4. Click the ‘Ask Question’ button on the top right.
  5. Ask anything you want.
  6. Click ‘Register.’
  7. We will answer as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.
